Last updated: 2026. These Terms apply to your use of redefinedkitchens.com and services provided by Redefined Kitchens & Bath, a division of A&K Renovation and Home Repair LLC (Arizona ROC 365012, B-3). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide design–build kitchen and bath remodeling and related construction services in Arizona. Service descriptions on this site are general; the actual scope of any project is set out in the written proposal and agreement we provide to you.
Proposals and pricing
We provide a detailed scope and price before construction begins. The final agreed scope and price, as set out in your signed proposal or contract, are what govern your project.
Workmanship warranty
We back our installation workmanship with a 2-year warranty, as described on our Warranty page. Products we install carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Scheduling and access
Completing your project requires safe, reasonable access to the work area. If we cannot access or complete the work as expected, adjustments to schedule or price may apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
